We already know that there is only one Fenway, but there are many health and wellness options available to the neighborhood. Join us January 26-27 as 15+ local wellness practitioners share their services with the community as a part of the Health & Wellness Expo (Saturday, 11:00am – 3:00pm) and Special Classes & Workshops (Sunday, 8:00am – 6:00pm). See below for a complete list of vendors on Saturday and Sunday.
A Weekend Pass is just $15 and includes both the Health & Wellness Expo as well as ALL classes and workshops (space permitting) on Sunday!

Sunday (Cardio Dance class at FCC, 3:00p-3:45p)
Deemed “rave-meets-workout,” 305 Fitness is an underground non-stop dance cardio workout with a live DJ and rhythmic light show. Located in New York City, Washington, D.C., and L.A., we’ve now landed in the Hotel Commonwealth at 500 Commonwealth Ave!
Our cardio classes are 55 minutes long, with a focus on high-intensity rhythmic cardio. Classes also feature sprint intervals, sculpting, and a stretch cooldown.
Classes torch between 500-900 calories per session. A live DJ blasts music the whole time. Expect alotta air humping, jumping jacks, and non-stop smiling. You’re gonna be sore for dayzzz. Not a dancer? No problem. Seriously. Our classes are easy-to-follow and made for non-dancers and dancers, alike

Join Alexandra as she leads you through a quiet and introspective gentle flow ending with a guided Yoga Nidra. Leaving you completely and utterly rejuvenated and relaxed.

Alexandra is a 500hr RYT with a strong background in classical Hatha Yoga, Yoga Nidra and meditation. Coming from the Virgin Islands, she began her yogic journey 9 years ago which lead her to study Yoga and meditation in Bali, India and upstate New York. Alexandra is a practicing Reiki Master Teacher and Sound Healer, weaving her knowledge and skills as a Reiki Master into her Yoga, Meditations and Sound Healing sessions.

Sunday (Running Injury Prevention clinic at FCC, 2:00p-2:45p)

Sunday (Free class at The Handle Bar studio, 6:00p – 6:45p. Limit of 25 riders)
The Handle Bar offers 45-60 minute cycling sessions set to the beat of the MUSIC that gets you going. Weighted bars are used for a portion of the workout to incorporate upper body toning into the class. The format is designed to challenge your endurance and rid toxins from your system. Especially great for a Sunday evening restart;) The workout is infused with intensity, but still suitable for all skill levels. Get ready to SWEAT, INSPIRE, TRANSFORM, and RAISE THE BAR!

MCPHS students will offer blood pressure screening, cholesterol & overall heart health education, as well as brown bag counseling.
Sunday (Mindful Meditation + Yoga Nidra at FCC, 8:00a – 8:45a)
MindFuel Meditation is a breath-focused meditation dedicated to creating space between you and your thoughts. We begin class with a 20 min Yoga Nidra where students will lay on their backs so that they are able to relax into an unchallenged experience of stillness. After Yoga Nidra, we will come to a seated position and explore the proper technique for both breath and posture. This practice is designed to ground individuals in the principles of awareness in order to access more clarity, focus, peace of mind and joy.
QiGong (Tai Chi)
Sunday (Introductory workshop and session at FCC, 10:00a – 11:00a)
QiGong is best introduced by doing it and this workshop, led by Brenda Scott, gives that opportunity. With a brief introduction of basics and the benefits of regular practice, stress reduction being a major one, we are led into the calming and enlightening ancient practice of Qigong to tame the current world of frenzied activity and polarized viewpoints. Challenges with health issues, substance abuse and just getting through the day melt away with our deepening awareness of breath and coordinated movement. References for further information and scientific studies addressing medical uses will be supplied.
