A Friendly Introduction to Meditation

Come along and learn how to meditate. It’s simple, quick and free! When done regularly, meditation can help with stress, anxiety and also promote a sense of peace, purpose and clarity. In this class, we will explore the various techniques of meditation, beginning with a nice, slow and guided meditation. The class will be facilitated by Seamus Boshell who has been practicing with The Cambridge Zen Center for twenty-plus years. He currently facilitates a Zen meditation group at the Massachusetts Correctional Institute at Shirley.
