Community Sound Bath

Join us for a deeply restorative Free Community Sound Bath at the Fenway Community Center on Friday, September 6th 1-2pm. Sign up here!

Led by sound healer and Reiki Master Silsar (Sarah Rodriguez), this immersive experience weaves together crystal singing bowls, voice, and gentle instrumentation to create an atmosphere of peace and renewal. A sound bath is a meditative practice where participants are “bathed” in sound vibrations that promote relaxation, stress relief, and holistic well-being.

This event is open to all—whether you’re new to sound baths or have experienced them before. Simply bring yourself, wear comfortable clothing, and feel free to bring a yoga mat, blanket, or pillow for your comfort.
