Join us at the Center for an exercise course designed for everyday life!
Everyday Movemnt Plus will be a low impact strength building class with breakouts on how to include variations to your daily routine (have you ever thought about doing squats while you brush your teeth)? Movements will be on the mat ranging from supine (back work), all fours, and standing with modifications for all levels.
